  1. I suspect you are asking due to recent reports from medical literature about sudden death, heart problems and ADD medications.  The current recommendations are to screen people for possible underlying heart conditions who are being prescribed these medications.

Do you have fainting spells associated with exertion?

Do you have chest pain with exertion?

Do you have undue shortness of breath with exertion?

Do you have any immediate family members who had a history of unexplained death before age 50?

If your answer to the above questions is "no," then your risk for sudden death associated with taking Adderall is so low, its unknown...in other words, its not known to have ever happened.  If your answer is "yes" to one or more of the questions, then I suggest you discuss the matter with the prescriber of the medication or your primary care provider.   In that case your risk is still very low, but not zero.

    Good luck.

  2. sudden death is very slim ranging from 5-10%, since you are healthy and a young person considering the age, not much signs would show upon overdose.

    hope this helps^_^
