What is the chance that I can enter Rutgers University?

I am an upcoming junior in a public high school inside NJ. I am interested in Rutgers Univeristy. I want to know that what is the chance that I can enter Rutgers University(New Brunswick-better if possible). I haven't decide my major yet now. I hope someone could help me out .Here is some of my current scores.

GPA: consider what I got past two years, my GPA is about A( hopfully higher next year).

SAT scores: I didn't take any yet, but I attend SAT prep course and practice a lot. My averge is about 1650. I want to mention that my English is really bad( because I didn't born here), but my math grade is about 700.

others: I win some kinds of awards for math and chinese writing in my freshman year in competitions in NY.( if that helps）

I want to know that if my score is possible or not to enter the Rutgers University.

You have a great chance, especially with your awards and the 700 sat math score.  Probably get in with no problem.  Make sure you stress your awards in your college application. Also, i think Rutgers require you to write an essay in your application. Make sure you get as much help as possible. Have your teacher proof read your essay.
