I don't know if you believe in the bible but I do so my advice is to read in proverbs 31 and there is some qualities in a wife and there are many other places too!!

It's important to find someone that will help you bring out the best in yourself.  Not only yourself, but have you do the same for her.  Also value her opinion as you expect her to value yours.  A intelligent woman is a positive as well.  Ask yourself, if she is a source you'd go to for wisdom and guidance?

contrary to an old dark theory,women should not be"barefoot,pregnant and chained to the kitchen sink."for my-self, a good wife is someone who is a good listner,kind and understanding,compassionate and most important, has a keen sence of humour.
