i recntly made a four hour phone call to a friend in ballarat. what is the rate hourly if i live in melbourne?

you wouldnt have to worry about that if u had a magicjack..because all u pay to talk unlimited anywhere you want is 19.99 a YEAR!!! you will never pay an hourly rate or a montly bill ever again!!!!! seriously.
