Good question. Less than two kilos is a simple misdemeanor. Perhaps $65 to $120 fine dependent upon the state. Between two and one hundred kilos is more serious in that you may be looking at two to six months probation plus a hefty fine. Over one hundred kilos and you are looking at some jail time unless you want to plea bargain. It is hard to be accurate because the laws differ somewhat from state to state. Good luck.

You'll get a minor in possession charge, most-likely reduced to a misdemeanor due to the low weight.  You'll pay a fine, most-likely have probation and will have to submit to random drug-testing.
