  1. if it were here in Australia he'd get done with a few charges (depending on the damage inflicted to the other party)

    -Assault with a dangerous weapon

    -grievous bodily harm

    -malicious wounding

    just to name a few..

depending on his conduct when the officers arrested him they could also throw in

    -resisting arrest

-verbal assault towards a police officer

be nice to the police especially when your in the wrong =D

  2. Assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, concealed weapon. Your friend is a homicidal maniac!

  3. carrying the brass knuckles is why he got arrested;call the police

station better yet-have a relative of his call for details sometimes they

    tell sometimes they don't

  4. Attempted murder...your friend is screwed...sorry

  5. assault with a deadly weapon

  6. assault with a deadly weapon. It will be seen as  "Aggravating" or in layman's terms, not only did your friend assault someone he went and got something to mess the other person up really bad. The answer above about attempted murder is right also but the prosecutor would have to be able to prove the intent was to kill. Good luck and get a d**n good lawyer. Any time you pick up something to use when whipping someones butt you just made a bigger no-no than if you just used your person, in the eyes of the law. Don't be surprised if the police try to get you to roll on your friend and the D.A can charge you many months after the fact to put pressure on you.

  7. Wow y'all aren't to friendly huh???

  8. It's probably looked upon as any other weapon such as a knife or gun.
