What is the cheapest, easiest and possibly quickest way to get to france from ipswich?

5 guys from a troop of scouts need to get to france. trouble is we dont have much cash. its a challenge as we have no car or other form of personal transport so we need a cheap and easy way to get there. any suggestions?

I read an article on msnbc, go look there, had some about cheap flights to france from england. There is some carrier that doesnt cost much. I think i read it 2 weeks ago. Check it out.

Look on gumtree for someone advertising a rideshare

Approach your local bus or rail company they may at least give you reduced fares when they hear its a challenge. Do the same thing with the ferry company.  The channel tunnel might be the cheapest form of transport contact them.
