  1. The cheapest rate you can get is going to be an airfare that isnt even published anywhere. I learned some tricks from this guy at http://www.ebooksreviewed.info/cheapest-... , he used to work for an airline and he has a little guide on how to cut your rates by a lot. My last trip from Miami to Japan I cut just a little under 50% off of what I thought was already a good deal with his tricks. I highly advise you look into this before buying anything.

  4. Sterling recently had some seats for 2 SEK + the taxes and fees.  However, it's hard to say they're always cheapest; sometimes Norwegian or SAS (which also fly this route) are cheaper when you consider all of the taxes and fees.

    Try this: http://www.skyscanner.net/flights/stoc/c...  It shows cheapest currently is 277,95 SEK.  With tax, it's 333 SEK, about $55 USD at current exchange rate.  It also walks you through booking with Sterling, Norwegian, or whoever's cheapest.
