http://english.ctrip.com is a good price to book tickets for flights inside China.

http://www.cs-air.com is the China Southern airline, one of the biggest airline in China. They offers some good deal called "Happy Fly" price in their own website, this is the cheapest price you can find. (The site has a regular English version and International English version. The International English version never offers any discount. )

If you are in Macau, the cheapest way is usually going to Zhuhai airport to take a flight with some Chinese airline. This is usually cheaper than flighting from Macau.

Check on either ctrip or elong's websites. I don't think you can book international flights on the ctrip website but I know for sure that you can on elong. They will have a list of the cheapest flight and display all the discounted flights. You can pay by credit card while booking on the website or by cash when they deliever/you pick up the ticket. You can have the tickets delivered to your home free of charge or pick them up at airport.
