What is the cheapest budget hotel or B&B in Rome and Napels, Italy?

For Naples.  There are some places in Bacoli.  I know someone and could ask if you want.  And to the other response I have to say I like Naples better.  More culture and if you want to see THE REAL italy this is the place to go.

Don't know but you may want to reconsider Naples.It may be your port of call,but it is kind of dirty.I loved Rome.
