What is the cheapest city in england?

i REALLY want to come to england to study but doing so financially almost seems impossible (in my country TT$1.00= 12.00POUNDS) so can anyone give me a good, relativety cheap university in a nice and relatively cheap english city?

There is no such thing as cheap in the UK, sorry. It is called "rip off Britain" for a reason.

Nothing is cheap in England.   TT$12.00 = 1 pound, you have it the wrong way round.

Britain is VERY expensive particually now because of inflation but i would say the further north you go the better (not into scotland though). The south (where i live when i'm not in Dubai) is the worst for being expensive and London is the worst of them all!
