What is the cheapest data plan for verizon??

I want to get a Blackberry Curve for Verizon but $30 bucks per month for unlimited is just too much!

I look all over the place and I found out its possible to get a $15 dollar data plan??

Can anyone explain me this? Plus tell me whats the cheapest data plan?

And what i should do?

Unfortunately, through Verizon the cheapest data plan is $29.99. I am actually in the process of upgrading to the Curve now and my rep explained the plans to me and informed me of the costs. The $15.00 plan is for regular phones and will not work with the Blackberry.
