  1. Your concealer. Apply it on your upper lid--it works but not as well as a primer--besides that I would go with Urban Decay Primer Potion, it isn't the cheapest but it is something that is worth saving for.


  2. Loreal De-Crease which is $7 and can be found at drugstores.

  4. i believe the cheapest one's that work well are either UDPP (urban decay primer potion)- $16   or Mac's prep+prime eye- $16
