I have not been in alberta for a while...but McDonald's usually is the cheapest...not the best quality, for the best for your money, try a Mama Burger from A&W

The cheapest is probably either a McD's burger or a $1.29 Wendy's value menu burger.

I like the burger at Tony Roma's though - it's huge, and it's on the '2 for $10' lunch menu, which is pretty darn cheap for a sit-down place.
