I need a very small and cheap basic handheld computer or PDA. I don't need any frills (no internet, office, or anything) as I only need to run ONE window's based program so I can program a radio controlled car. All it needs is windows xp (no vista) and a usb port so I can run this particular software at a race track. Any recommendations?

  1. If you need windows xp it will have to be a laptop or umpc .A handheld uses windows mobile which will not run it and they don't have powered usb ports like you would need. You may be able to find a cheap used one on ebay or somewhere like that. The oqo is a umpc just like the lifebook u810 you can buy a new  laptop with more power for less than either one .

  2. Those guys were just trying to help, but they are completely wrong. The is a mobile handheld pc. It is the exact same thing as having a pc or a notebook, and yes it does have a USB port. But the down side is it costs $999. It is called a OQO. Go to http://www.oqo.com/products/index.html to order one.

  3. blackjack or blackjack2
