What is the cheapest home phone service available in Ontario?

I am looking for a land-line service (not an internet phone) and would like to switch to a cheaper provider. I looked into Rogers and Telus but they are not much better.

Primus is pretty good, Bell is ok but I rather rogers because you can get very good deals for long distance something like 20-25$ a month and there is also yak. Here are a couple links you could look into
