What is the cheapest insurance for a 16 year old who's driving for the first time??

I'm helping my mom do a little research on car insurance, just wandering what is the cheapest insurance for a person who is just starting to drive. Consider I've already taken a defensive drivers education course and never been in a accident.

theirs lots of cheap insurances but their probably not as good for the same reason that its cheap

and u will probably not find any cheap ones since ur only 16 so the insurance company raises the prices because their is a more posability that you will have an accident

A lot of it will depend on your location, the company, and any particular discounts that may apply.  Some companies offer discounts for good grades, customer loyalty, certain club/group memberships, etc.
