I know of the MSI Wind laptop.and there is the Acer One.

But I want to know the cheapest configuration of the laptop and where to buy it in Chennai India.

if you mean the netbooks,

the asus eeepc 4G surf 7" retails for 18k,

hcl have a 2 gb, for 16k ., but then the asus is way better

the slightly bigger 9" & 10" one's from asus retail for 26 to 33k and could be expensive
