What is the cheapest method to rent a car for 3 months?

I need a car for my 3 month summer break. I was wondering what is the cheapest way to get a car for the span of 3 months. It's impossible to lease a car for 3 months, right?

go to priceline and negotiate the price. they can give you a price of about $12 per day. im really not sure about 3 months. i think the longest time you can rent is one month.

If you have a friend that has more than one car, ask them about renting it. I'm pretty sure their price will be way cheap than what a car rental place would give you.
