drink LOTS of water- 6 bottles a day.

i know you don't want to spend money, but invest in clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment. I want to say "shaZAM!" every time I put it on- it works that well. That's about 6.50 at cvs.

And another good idea is to buy a gentle facial cleanser, and wash with it twice a day. But DONT use regular hand soap- that will only make it worse. I reccomend buying clean & clear morning burst.

dont pile makeup on it- if you MUST cover it, use a powder with a fluffy face brush.

and DRINK WATER!!!
