What is the cheapest prepaid phone and plan which has.....?

full key., camera, pix, text, im, email, bluetooth and with cheap airtime minutes. you get the idea I am not expecting one for 10 bucks but just what you have found to be a good phone while being relatively inexpensive.

tmobile has good prices but the service will be horrible...you can get the at&t go phone..those phones along with the plans are cheap
