What is the cheapest university in japan to do a degree in?

I wanna study a degree in japanese IN japan, in the cheapest way possible.

The cheapest I found is Tenri University in Nara which is £20 000

do you know if this is the cheapest?

  1. 20,000? For Tuition? Is this per year?

    Mine was 45,000 on living costs for 5 years. Thats LIVING costs, not tuition.

    Its really hard in Japanese universites to get accepted if your a foreigner unless the school is into language studies and/or you can speak very good Japanese.

    Temple University @ Japan teaches some courses in English and is pretty easy to get accepted to, as it goes through Temple in the U.S.

    Japan isn't cheap, unfortunately.
