I would use skypeout from Skype

If you have a mobile, you might want to install iskoot, which would enable you to use skype for calling directly from your mobile at a cheap cost (cost to call a local number in UK + skypeout credit)

I use it for calling from Mexico to Europe and it´s very cheap
