What is the cheapest way/place to buy an HP tablet notebook? Will better offers arise in the future?

I'm looking at the TX2510us or a modified version. Currently HP is offering a 400 dollar off coupon off purchases over 1300. However, I know that HP has offered 500 dolllar off coupons in the past. How often fo these 500 off coupons appear and is it worth it to go for the current 400 off coupon or wait for a better coupon?
