What is the cheapest way to call a cell phone in Spain??

I am trying to call my girlfriend's cell phone in Spain and I can't find anything cheaper than 30 cents per minute. Any help would be great. Thank You!!!

calling cards or those pay as you go phones w/ international calling (i think at and t may sell them) could help

do you have Skype on your computer?  They have cheap rates I believe.  http://www.skype.com

You can sign up for "SkypeOut" and pay about 2 cents per minute.  You call the phone number through your comptuer Skype account.  Therefore, you must first establish an account and then put money in the account for SkypeOut.  It would take a few mintues to set up, but it may be worth while in the long run.

You also need computer headset and microphone to talk over the internet.
