use yahoo messenger voice chat. a computer, headphone and even webcam is all you need. you can  talk to her and you can also see her.

You can buy $2 phone card in most gas stations.. That is at least 10 minutes.. Try any of the brands and stick to one you like and has good reception..

get skype. or use yahoo messenger. use pc-pc or use their skype out/phone out. i believe skype has better rates and their lines are clearer. OWTEL is good if ur calling a landline, if ur calling to a cellphone, most often the line sucks. you can scream your heart out but they wont hear you. dont use phone cards. theyre ripoffs.
