Some banks offer these services for  free. Find one and open a checking account there. Then they are always free.

If you bank somewhere then try there first as you may get them free.  If they charge or you don't have an account anywhere, then I would suggest somewhere like a Grocery Store, Wal-Mart, QuikTrip, or any big convenience store chain, they usually have them for less than other banks.  Beware though, if you want to place a stop payment on a Money Order or Cashiers Check or return "not used for purpose intended" after purchasing it, it is best to go through a bank due to their tracking procedures.  A lot of gas stations and such will give you the run around if you try to come back, so check out their practices before buying!
