  1. Get a ride from a friend.

  2. Riding a bike seems like it would practical- Hollywood isn't too far from Burbank. The second cheapest way would be to get a ride from someone else.

Another slightly more expensive option would be to take the MTA bus from Burbank to the Red Line station (North Hollywood or Universal City), then take the Red Line into Hollywood. The fare is $2.50 each way.  Go here for the Metro trip planner: http://www.metro.net/default.asp

  3. bus

  4. Metrolink.

    Metro.net

  5. The CHEAPEST way is walking.  You didn't say it had to be practical.  lol

  6. Walk, it's free!

  7. well you dont say where in Burbank

so I'm using Hollywood way and Victory (In Burbank) as your starting point

(mainly since this way its only 1 bus to Hollywood this way

you can just take the Metro line 222 direct from into Hollywood

    for $1.25

(another routing (if you are at the Burbank metrolink station

is that you can either take 164 or 165 bus to Hollywood way and then transfer or you could take the Metrolink train into Los Angeles

then  the Red Line to hollywood
