What is the cheapest way to send a parcel to South Africa from the U.K.?

Just wana Know which company is the best. The parcel is only 5-10kg

Suggest you use a reliable company such as Parcelforce but this is going to cost quite a lot I'm afraid. You can use one of the companies that resell delivery services such as www.parcel2ship.co.uk. They charge £101.95 for up to 10Kg. As I said, not cheap, but I have used them in the past and they are very reliable.

i use royal mail when i send parcels to Zimbabwe  takes about ten days cost about £12 your parcel  hope that helps you,
