  1. An emulsion is a suspension to which an emulsifier has been added.  The emulsifier helps to bring together polar and non-polar elements because it has polar and non-polar ends.


  2. I think a suspension is made of tiny solid particles suspended in a liquid (or gas), while an emulsion is made of two immiscible liquids getting mixed to form what would seem like one solution, with droplets of one liquid being suspended in the other.

    I used to hate chemistry!!
