  1. Although they are not considered drugs, soap and water used early and liberally is the first order of business. I don't present this as intended to be the best answer, but it is an essential part of wound care, especially when a human or animal bite is concerned.

  2. antibiotics: penicillin or  cephalexin

  3. Depends on when treatment is initiated and what is known about the biter.  In a bite wound that is cleaned and cared for immediately, no antibiotic treatment may be necessary.  If you knew or suspected that the attacker was positive for some chronic infection like HIV or one of the hepatits diseases like B or C and the patient wasn't vaccinated (in the case of hep B), you might want to treat prophylactically with antivirals.

If you weren't worried about that but you did have evidence of a bacterial infection, you would want to treat with either a combination of antibiotics or a very broad-spectrum drug. Assuming you only wanted to give one antimicrobial drug, something like Unasyn or a second or third-generation cephalosporin like cefoxitin or ceftriaxone would probably be a good choice to start out with.
