The closest is West New York, NJ.  Its so close they call it West New York.  I lived in Guttenberg, NJ which is north of WNY and it would take me less than 12 minutes to get to the city using the Lincoln Tunnel.  Union City is on the south of WNY and Hoboken is also close.
