What is the city of wonder?

I wondered this from rihanna's song "disturbia" that goes, "put on your brake lights, we're in the city of wonder"

Probably New York, NY, Chicago IL or Seattle, Washington. You could also make the Case for London England, or Pairs France.

However, considering all of those cities already have names I think that this "City of Wonder" Is a fictionally place or a generic term.

Babylon. Well, I don't really know but I think if you would search on Google for Babylon, you would find that it is a very interesting city.
