  2. considering the recent temperatures it is 1 to 3degree rise in temperature for every summer

  3. That depends on the place. We Indians live at the same time between 47 degree cent and -20 deg cent. On an average, we have a 8 month long summer. But winters are quite cold and foggy. South India is more or less same through out the year.
