Just get off at CDG...and take a taxi or the AirFrance bus that takes you to the city.  You won't find anything exciting aroundCDG! and you will not save anymoney either....

catch the rer ( ssuburub subway) till Les Halles and switch to Gare de Lyon ( that the station that serve to go south east france and europe)

Regarding the train station from CDG there are very few trains I think 4 per day going south to Lyon or marseille

There is a station right in the airport. I took the train from Paris to Valence, which would be the same direction you would take to Milan.

The rapid RER train service links Charles de Gaulle Airport with central Paris . Trains run every 15 minutes (eight minutes in peak periods) and the journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Line B runs from the TGV station at Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord, Châtelet-les-Halles, Saint-Michel and Denfert-Rochereau, with connections to the metro.
