I've been wondering the same thing.  I imagine we're referring to Brandy's little brother and his dustup with the hotel.  

In a recent press release, Ray J, refers to "the drug 'boat' or CFP...".  It looks like it might also be referred to as "The Dipper"

But that doesn't help either.  I've checked both terms on Google and found nothing, except for "cefpodoxime proxetil" which is an antibiotic and doesn't seem would have any "drug-like" effects.

In regards to it being 'wet', I sort of doubt that as 'wet' is NOT a "club drug".  

UPDATE:  I checked the message board on TMZ and it seems a lot of people are saying that it's PCP.  Sounds like a pretty stupid idea to me.  Doesn't sound like something to get high at the club on.  Remember Chris Tucker in the chicken coop in 'Friday'...

I just wanted to point out. What the person said about formaldehyde, is correct. PCP is NOT formaldehyde, and you do NOT want to smoke formaldehyde. As for boat, I think it is also PCP. When you dip a cigarette in PCP it's also called a 'dippie' because you dipped it in the pcp. So if it's called "The Dipper' thats probably just a variation of 'dippies' and BOAT is probably just a variation on 'wet'.   With that said I've never f-cking heard of it either :-p

for the millionth time, dust IS NOT formaldehyde. do you know what would happen if you smoke formaldehyde? you'll get cancer pretty quickly. PCP is PCP. maybe there are some dummies out there naive enough to smoke formaldehyde, but when dust is called formaldehyde it's just another term for it. pcp is (spelling?) phenylcyclipiperidine. and "boat" is dust (pcp). never heard that one before either though. lemme find out Ray J is a retarted wet head.
