Give this method a try.

Switch on your home electric appliance manually. Place RM-101 directly in front of your home electric appliance, i.e. Your television.

2.Press the "TV" button on RM-101, until the signal light is switched on.

3.Press the "Volume +" Button and the "Channel +" Button at the same time. Do not release both buttons. Release both buttons only when the signal light is switched on.
