  1. It is actually liquid helium which has a slightly lower melting point than other gases.  Although it is not found naturally, it has been produced in a lab, so one can say it can be found in the world.  It is about 60 degrees C colder than nitrogen.

    Liquid Hydrogen. In 1908 H. Kamerling-Onnes achieved liquifying hydrogen, and obtained -296 degrees.
