What is the coldest temperature ever recorded in Marquette, MI?

If you've ever been to Marquette in the winter, you know it's bitterly cold!

The coldest (without windchill) that I remember it being was about -10F last winter... but I haven't lived in the UP for very long.

So... what's the coldest that it has ever gotten in Marquette (city, not county)?
