What is the colour of the lung of rat?

I have just done rat dissection and I have to answer the questions.

What is the colour of the lungs of the rat? Is it grey?

healthy lungs are more pink than red, sorta like the color of chewed bubblegum. the color may vary (the colors look dulled) when these tissues are fixed.

It depends whether there is blood in them

I think if they're healthy they should be pinkish red

I Disected a rat a few months ago.

I remember them as a dark browny- red colour
