What is the common road to getting into the field of becoming a retirement tax advisor?

advisors who protect retirement savings by minimizing their clients/prospects tax burdens. i.e. - legally sheltering monies as long as possible; allowing monies to pass from generation to generation.

    other routes are stock brokers and attorneys

    There are programs for Certified Financial Planners, would recommend those also


  2. Accounting.  Start with degree in finance from the best college you can get yourself into. After college, you'll want to get a job with a good size accounting firm in tax accounting. With that education and experience, you'll be in a good position to become an advisor.
