Hi, What the best well spread term, or concept, to tell about NGO, Non-profit, charity, Aid and humanitarian organizations.

I have heard all of those terms used in English and I believe they are all appropriate---native speakers will know what you mean.

In American English, the ones I hear most often are "non-profit" and "charity."
