What is the commute from Champions area to downtown during rush hour and what is the route?

From Champions to downtown Houston, I'd go 1960 to 45 South right into town.  timewise, if you're driving by yourself, it's going to take a good 60 minutes at rush hour by the time you get off the highway and into a parking garage.  Fortunately, there are plenty of buses to take and your commute will be stress free.  You can pick up the bus from Champions at the Kuykendahl Park and ride.  The bus takes about 30 minutes to get into town.
