  1. pH = -log (H3O+)

    => 3 = -log (H3O+)

    => -3 = log (H3O+)

    => antilog(-3) = (H3O+)

    => 0.001 = (H3O+)

    Also pH + pOH = 14

    => pOH = 14 - 3 = 11

    and (OH) = Antilog(11) = 0.00000000001
