  1. we can use Normands Theorem to Calculate the cloud base. Simply multiply the difference between ambient air temperature and dew point temperature by 400. Your answer will be cloud base in feet above ground level.

    Air temperature = 20 C

    Dew Point = 8 C

    then:

    20 - 8 = 12 C

    so 12*400 = 4800 feet.

So that means the cloud would be formed well at the height of 4800 ft above ground level.
