  1. I am note sure about your state..but that would be really, really stupid of you. for the life of me i can not understand why someone would risk it. Do you even know if you drove and killed/hurt someone what a heap of trouble you would be in. I swear..people drink and drive and than they want to drive.illegally.

  2. All states and their laws are different so it depends, but most states are getting strict on both so it is possible for some jail time and fines and maybe probation, plus you will loose your license for a longer amount of time than before.

  3. It would depend on the state you live in. However, nowadays DUI laws are pretty strict. You would prob go to jail for either and have to pay lots of restitution and do classes and bunches of other penalties they can come up with. My suggestion, stay off the road until your done with the punishment. and quit drinking and driving.

  4. at the worst jail time. at the best a heavy fine and further suspension of license

  5. WELL IDK WHERE U LIVE BUT IM IN TEXAS N DA LAW IS DAT WHILE ITS SUSPENDED ITS....

    1. A FINE NO LESS THAN 100$ AND NOMORE THAN 500$.

    2. CONFINEMENT IN JAIL FOR NO LESS THAN 3DAYS AND NO MORE THAN 6MONTHS AND ALSO

    3. THE SUSPENSION WILL OBVIOUSLY BE EXTENDED

ALL THAT WAS IF YOU GOT CAUGHT DRIVING W/ A SUSPENDED LISCENSE (NOW ABOUT THE DRUNK PART)

ITSA CLASS C MISDAMENOR FINE UP 2 500$ PLUS 20-40HRS COMM SERVICE. THEY MIGHT GIVE U ALCOHOL AWARENESS CLASSES .

THATS ALL I KNOW HOPE THAT HELPED YA

  6. I think you might get arrested to be honest. But not sure. I think every state is different

  7. depends on the judge--if you are drunk or on drugs he will not be a happy person--he gave you 14 mo. for first offence-what do you think it will be for 2nd?
