my zune will not play music downloaded to it. the message says "there is a problem wtih rights to your system. sync with your pc" also the marketplace icon is gone from my pc and additionally, the music will not play from the pc. I Need a Contact number to talk to a human. the zune/support site offers insufficient and minimal help
