What is the contemporary novel you really fell in love with recently?

"The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. I've been recommending it to everyone. I couldn't put it down. It's the story of an famous author telling her life story to a biographer, so it takes place in the present day and 60-80 years in the past. The author had always been secretive about her life story, and all sorts of strange & mysterious details come out. It takes a lot of twists & turns that you won't expect. It's very compelling.
