i have some problems with removing mascara.

i use a face wash which should work but i always end up with black smudging around my eyes, which is not attractive.

what is the best way to remove my mascara so that there is NO black smudging around my eyes?

if it isn't in the technique, can you please give me some produce recommendations? thanks!

  1. eye makeup remover.cold cream will only make the mascara give you raccoon eyes during the course of day.

  2. Body Shop Rox!!

  3. Best thing ever...MOISTURISER....Dab some on a cotton budd or tissue and it will go away once u wipe it and wont leave lack smudge trust me best thing ever!

  4. I simply use baby oil.

  5. Pond's Cole Cream is the best!

  6. I take a fresh, clean, cotton, makeup pad and Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover. It doesn't hurt your eyes so you can wipe it right off without worries. It even takes off my waterproof mascaras!

  7. follow these steps

1- Dab gently at eyelids with cotton balls soaked with eye makeup remover. If you prefer, you can substitute petroleum jelly or baby oil for the makeup remover. When using the cotton balls on the eye area, be careful not to pull on the eyelashes. Eyelashes are delicate and if you scrub or tug at them while trying to remove waterproof mascara they may become damaged and fall out. Press the cotton balls to your closed eyelids and gently remove the waterproof mascara by moving the cotton balls in a circular motion. If you need more cotton balls, simply apply more cleanser, oil or petroleum jelly and repeat the process.

2- Wash your face with a facial cleanser designed for your skin type. Using a facecloth, work the cleanser in a circular motion. This will help remove any traces of the mascara that may have spread to the surrounding areas.

3- Rinse your face with clear, lukewarm water. Make certain to rinse the eye area as well

4-Apply eye cream to help nourish the fragile skin surrounding the eye area. This will help replenish moisture that has been lost throughout the day and will help keep the eye area smooth, tight and firm.
