What is the correct data or GPRS info for my cect...

My cect i9 phone keeps saying that the GPRS is not subscribed when I try to open the WAP and I can not connect to the internet. I have AT&T unlimited service and no contract and have contacted them, but they didn't give me any info on the proper data or GPRS info to put into the phone. Can you give me the correct data info or GPRS info so I can connect?
